A Healer’s Hand + The Nest (AHH) is an award-winning specialty spa offering therapeutic massage in Madison, with a mission dedicated to improving the standard of prenatal and postpartum care. More than just a massage studio, we provide integrative wellness services that support clients through every stage of life—blending restorative Eastern healing practices with evidence-based techniques and modern technologies.

Founded in 2007 by Nicole Budeau — licensed massage therapist (LMT), certified prenatal massage therapist (CPMT), certified infant massage instructor (IMI), Reiki Master practitioner, and a trained birth doula (DONA) — AHH was created to improve access to high-quality, specialized bodywork and holistic care in the Madison community.
