RESPONSIBILITIES

This position offers the opportunity to hone your aesthetics skills, engage in continuous learning, and contribute to a team dedicated to client well-being through the following responsibilities:

    • Provide customized aesthetic services, including facials, advanced skincare treatments, Hydrafacials, and waxing services
    • Perform thorough client consultations, including skin analysis and treatment planning
    • Educate clients on home care routines and product recommendations to support long-term results
    • Maintain accurate and detailed client records in accordance with company standards
    • Uphold all sanitation, safety, and treatment protocols
    • Support a consistent and elevated client experience from intake through checkout
    • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and back bar organization
    • Monitor and contribute to back bar and retail inventory, including tracking product usage, noting low stock, and supporting inventory counts
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and shared client support
    • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional workplace culture
    • Contribute to daily operational flow through light housekeeping, laundry, and shared space upkeep
    • Support front desk communication channels as needed, including phone, inbox, and digital messaging platforms
QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

    • Professional Requirements: Licensed aesthetician in the state of Wisconsin. 
    • Advanced Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of skin physiology, product ingredients, and treatment modalities. Experience with advanced treatments (e.g. Hydrafacial, LED therapy, chemical peels) preferred.
    • Minimum Two Years’ Experience (Preferred): Possess hands-on experience in a spa or clinical setting.
    • Client-Centric Approach: Prioritize client comfort and satisfaction with a warm, welcoming demeanor and service-oriented spirit.
    • Interpersonal Excellence: Build strong connections and communicate effectively with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Technological Aptitude: Navigate cloud-based productivity applications like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 with ease; familiarity with scheduling platforms like MindBody or similar.
HOURS + AVAILABILITY

This is a part-time position, with fewer than 32 hours per week. Scheduling will be determined based on business needs and provider availability and likely will include evenings and weekends.
