You’ll work under the mentorship, guidance, and advanced training of AHH Owner Nicole Budeau, 2023 Gold Winner for Best Massage Therapist. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your skills and help set a new standard of prenatal and postpartum care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Being an LMT at AHH offers the opportunity to hone your therapeutic skills, engage in continuous learning, and contribute to a passionate team dedicated to improving community health and well-being through the following responsibilities: 

    • Deliver expertly tailored therapeutic massage sessions, applying your knowledge of industry and AHH best practices to empower clients and promote well-being.
    • Cultivate a serene and welcoming space for each client through attentive care and effective communication.
    • Participate actively in continuing education and professional development opportunities (as they are available) to expand your skills and knowledge base in preferred modalities and/or areas of interest.
    • Maintain comprehensive client records, documenting progress, treatment responses, allergies, and relevant information to ensure continuity and personalized care.
    • Contribute to a professional and cohesive team environment by assisting with front desk/reception duties, including checking clients in and out, utilizing scheduling software as needed, and maintaining a clean and inviting spa atmosphere.
QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: 

    • Professional Requirements: Licensed massage therapist with liability insurance. 
    • Versatile Massage Expertise: Experience providing a diverse range of therapeutic techniques to tailor impactful sessions for each client.
    • Passion for Prenatal & Postpartum Care: Dedication to enhancing maternal health and wellness. Specialized training in prenatal and postpartum massage provided by Nicole Budeau, who brings over 20 years of experience in perinatal care.
    • Minimum Two Years’ Experience (Preferred): Possess a solid foundation in providing therapeutic massage services within a spa, clinic, or similar professional environment.
    • Client-Centric Approach: Prioritize client comfort and satisfaction with a warm, welcoming demeanor and service-oriented spirit. 
    • Interpersonal Excellence: Build strong connections and communicate effectively with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Technological Aptitude: Navigate cloud-based productivity applications like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 with ease; familiarity with scheduling platforms like MindBody or similar.
HOURS + AVAILABILITY

Choose from either full-time (32 to 40 hours/week) or part-time (less than 32 hours/week) employment options. We welcome both experienced professionals and recent graduates, providing comprehensive onboarding and training to empower your success.
