New Client Information

Appointment Times

Some appointment lengths may appear longer than the actual hands-on service time. For example, a 60-minute massage is scheduled for 75 minutes total to allow time for intake, room turnover, and checkout. The treatment portion itself is 60 minutes.

We include this additional time to ensure your provider can give you their full attention without rushing your experience. Appointment titles and service descriptions are designed to reflect this structure as clearly as possible.

Booking Your First Appointment

If you’re a new client, please select a New Client Appointment when booking. These appointments are 15 minutes longer than standard services and include time for a health history review and consultation with your provider. They are priced $15 higher to reflect this additional care and attention.

If you do not book a designated new client appointment, your service time may be reduced by 15 minutes to allow for your consultation and paperwork review.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve your appointment time specifically for you. Please review our full 48-Hour Cancellation Policy before booking. Cancellations or missed appointments without adequate notice may result in a charge, as our providers are compensated based on their scheduled sessions.

Credit Card Policy

We require credit card information at the time of booking to hold your appointment.

If a credit card is not already on file, you will receive a secure text message link to enter your card information or, in some cases, a follow-up phone call from our team to collect it safely.

If these attempts are unsuccessful and we do not receive your credit card information in advance, your appointment may be cancelled to allow us to accommodate other clients waiting for availability.

Required Forms

All new clients are required to complete:

  • A Client Intake & Health History

  • An Informed Consent & Liability Waiver

We strongly encourage you to complete these forms before your appointment. Doing so ensures your full appointment time can be dedicated to any needed consultation and hands-on care. If you prefer to fill them out in person, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to allow adequate time for this process.

If you arrive right at your appointment time and your forms are incomplete, your consultation or treatment time may be shortened to accommodate finishing the necessary paperwork.

Links to complete your forms securely online are included in your confirmation email.

Please note: Clients under the age of 18 will also need a Minor Consent Form completed by a parent or legal guardian before receiving services.

Why We Take Intake Seriously

Your health history helps us ensure that every service we offer is safe, effective, and adequately tailored to your unique needs. The 15-minute consultation is designed to help your provider understand your goals, health considerations, and any possible contraindications so we can provide the most therapeutic experience possible.

To ensure your full service time is available, please:

  • Complete your intake and consent forms in advance

  • Book the correct New Client Appointment type
