Shelbie Tripp

Shelbie Tripp is a licensed aesthetician in Madison and a skilled therapeutic professional specializing in advanced skincare treatments and technologies. She brings over 10 years of service industry experience and a year of focused medical spa training to A Healer’s Hand + The Nest.
Growing up, Shelbie always felt drawn to caring for those around her. She was fascinated by human anatomy and driven by a desire to build deep, meaningful connections. While studying to become a nurse, she discovered her passion for skin science and was captivated with a newfound sense of purpose and curiosity. As a result, she transferred to The Aveda Institute where she obtained her aesthetician license.
In her work, Shelbie values connection and collaboration — both with her team and with every client she serves. Among staff, she fosters a spirit of shared learning and professional growth. With clients, she brings a special warmth, presence, and enthusiasm to each treatment. Shelbie shares: “Seeing results is of course always extremely gratifying, but having someone also seeing the results with you and getting to see the happiness and joy it brings them is the most gratifying feeling of all.”
Outside of the treatment room, Shelbie enjoys spending time with her two dachshunds, Rusty and Winston. If they’re not outside enjoying a hike, you can usually find them relaxing together on the couch playing some video games. She also volunteers for the Midwest Dachshund Rescue, continuing her commitment to care in all areas of life.
