Pregnancy + Labor Support Series Workshop
Led by AHH Owner Nicole Budeau, our interactive Pregnancy and Labor Support Series workshop blends virtual education with in-person couples massage training to empower expecting parents and birth partners throughout the perinatal journey.
Participants will learn:
- Simple comfort measures for pregnancy and labor
- Safe, effective prenatal massage techniques
- Ways to reduce pregnancy-related discomfort
- How to naturally prepare the body for labor and delivery

Essential Touch: Infant Massage Instruction Course
Taught by Certified Infant Massage Instructor Nicole Budeau, this nurturing course explores the healing power of touch in early development.
Parents and caregivers will learn:
- Gentle massage techniques designed for newborns
- Calming methods to ease fussiness and promote bonding
- Tools to support healthy growth, sleep, and digestion
